I used to drive a Scania 164 on wood pulp work in the UK, but with an articulated truck 3+3 axles at 44 Metric tonnes. This brings back memories. Great film. Tack!

I work in a sawmill here in New Zealand we do round wood post and timber and the company I work for are going all Volvo's from front end loaders and truck's! we currently have 18 Volvo loaders and three truck's love Volvo's,we had komatsu and cat but all gone.be safe all.

Bra filmat. Lite märkligt val av däck för en maskin som för det mesta har asfalt som underlag. Inga framskärmar betyder att all skit flyger över hela maskinen. Inte kul att spola rent efter en vecka. Mycket fastnar i midjan och kan vara sjukt jobbigt att få bort. Har dom kanske kört sönder framskärmarna?

Dom har oftast inga skärmar fram då dom bara går på sågverket och dom behöver ganska grova däck för tekniskt sett så går dom på trä

Satria Wibisono With this axel configuration Max gross weight in Sweden is 60 000 kg, unsure of exact net weight of cargo but an educated guess is 35 000 kg

Per Persson wow if this lorry just load 35.000kg its not heavy because in my country,indonesia tandem truck with configuration axle 4x2 can loaded 50-55 tons just with 260/285hp engine power, its so heavy :(

Can someone tell me why wood chips always are dumped on the ground instead of storing them in siloes / indoor hangar and pump them to trucks by air? The waste on the ground or chips that misses the truck and mixed with rocks must be substancial.

Decent operator should be scraping up as he loads arround him and from experience in sawmill doing this job the places there loaded are usually smooth tar surfaces no loose gravel then at the end after truck moves loader driver usually scrapes up back into the shed. There normally done in sheds not silos for space a no from the sawmill I worked at we were producing about 10 ton between 3 areas every hour so sticking them in massive bays so loader can get in is easier plus it can get pushed up and up or even seen roads cut into them to get them right up. 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Max gross weight in sweden is 64 tons..so it can't be that much...
