Come to Canada! 🙂 Some parts are not so cold in winter (like out in B.C.), but where I live (SK) our winters are normally very long and cold. Winter is my favourite season, I love it. The thing is, though, most people here can't stand it. I don't get that at all. It's beautiful, magical, a winter wonderfuland. Sure, it is very cold, like -40, but if you grow up here you learn to dress for it, and plan for it. One of my favourite things about it is how quiet it gets. It's like the snow just hushes everything.
I listen to this when I have deskwork to do. Makes me feel like I'm getting somewhere.

We need more of these, and we especially need more of these from Spring, Summer and Autumn as well without any accompanying music. When I've been in so much pain that I can hardly move, I can put this or another one on, and I'm being carried in the arms of my Savior to a warm home where I'm healed, and life is renewed. A cup of hot cocoa, coffee or tea just allows me to rejuvenate, and I'm nearly perfect! He completes me. Thank you so very much.

mmmmmmm the woods.... thank you ✨🌳✨
Wow I got goosebumps listening to this
Sound is a really short sample of less than 4 minutes length. It loops at 3:58, 7:12, 10:26, 13:40 and so on. The loop is pretty obvious too since the volume of the crunching snow abruptly increases. Why do almost all of the channels with this type of content cheap out on the audio side of things? It is really hard to almost impossible to find videos that don't have similarly short audio loops. Might be pretty and relaxing to look at but the sound is really distracting and not much help when it comes to sleep aid. If you have to use a loop please at least create a longer composite sound (20 minutes minimum).

@@Der_miese_Friese it's bc there are a lot of other ambient sounds you pick up breathing, jacket rustles, sniffles, throat clearing, etc which are equally distracting. Not to mention the video is slowed down so the footsteps would sound slowed down as well.

It's in slow motion so sound wouldn't match the video anyways. I agree that loop could be longer. I do forest walks and it takes some time to edit out unwanted sounds. But to me it seems worth the effort. But I make much shorter videos then this one. Nice visuals tho.

I once passed out from smoke most likely. In a forest, i was torching a pig head in order to remove its hair before frying. I didn't wear mask and didn't mind the smell and smoke of burning hair then...i woke up looking up at the sky. Luckily blowtorch was put off thanks to thick snow on the ground and i didn't get frostbite. I must have been unconscious for around 4 hours, it was an unique feeling waking up in the forest during the winter all alone.
