You're wrong about that. The nature is pretty but if you want to feel cold, isolated, disconnected and lonely then this is the city for you.

@@1ohno11 that is complete bullshit. We live by the ocean and a massive old growth forest. All cars have to pass air care before they can even get on the road. Vancouver has some of the best air in the country. Get your facts straight.

Since we only stayed overnight waiting for the cruise ship before this pandemic. We only walked to the old part of the city. But I want to go back there to see and walk to their beautiful street lined with beautiful modest houses.

Canada is my favorite country, specially Canadian wilderness, I wish once in my life I visit and explore the entire Canada, being Pakistani this is not possible

Is it always this empty or is that due to Covid? I've never been but I lived in other major cities and I'm surprised at how few people are walking around.

July 27th would be a Tuesday (when this was filmed). Going by the shadows it looks between 7 and 9pm, when most people have gone home from work... Weekends are multiple times busier. Cruise ships and conventions add even more people. Coal Harbour is basically a residential area with a coastal walkway. Not too much to do other than see the scenery. Also, I would not consider Vancouver a major city (with 2.5 million metro population...)

Sechelt is a town on the Sunshine Coast (north of Vancouver)...it takes at least 2 ferries to get there from Vancouver. Probably a 6-7 hour trip. Very relaxing place to be...
