Wizzair Trip Report flying from Krakow to London Luton on board the Airbus A321neo on beautiful October morning.
It was a really nice flight for two reasons. The first one is that I have bought my new phone and I was curious how he would handle (it did great, and now I have more peace because of the larger memory :)). The second is the excitement of my first visit to Great Britain, I have always watched a lot of plane spottings from the Luton airport, and I am very glad that I managed to fly there.
Wizzair did a great job, a new, quiet , clean airplane, nice crew and what is the most importantly punctuality in combination with ultra low prices. However, I was surprised by the very low occupancy rate (around 50%), but maybe it was a one time situation, considering that this connection is operated by three airlines (Ryanair, Wizzair and easyJet) on some days the planes fly 4 times a day between the airports (Wizzair 2x daily)
We took off from runway 25 of the Krakow airport, then towards west, we flew through central Germany (over Dresden, Leipzig and Dortmund), then we could admire the Netherlands (you could see the Hague nicely). To finally run over the North Sea, descend over Great Britain and land in Runway 07.
