• 【4K】Tokyo's extremely ...
💚 If you want to see any specific place in tokyo please let me know in the comments section so I would make a video about that place next time .
Azabu (麻布) is an area within Minato in Tokyo, Japan, built on a marshy area of foothills south of central Tokyo. Its coverage roughly corresponds to that of the former Azabu Ward, presently consisting of nine official districts: Azabu-Jūban, Azabudai, Azabu-Nagasakachō, Azabu-Mamianachō, Nishi-Azabu, Higashi-Azabu, Minami-Azabu, Moto-Azabu and Roppongi. It is known as Tokyo's most expensive upscale residential district; many artists, business people, and celebrities reside there

People saying it doesn’t look very ‘luxurious’ well it’s in Japan standards. They aren’t too showy, unlike others, not to mention Tokyo is one of the most populated cities in the world so space in itself is a luxury.

@@illberightback5015 having a nice car doesn't mean showy... you could drive a porsche and still be humble. It's a car & has a use. Also, because parking space is expensive & difficult to find, its possibly their only car too. Gigantic mansions meanwhile are excessive because unless you have tons of kids, all that space won't be used much. That's why mansions have a "family room". It's literally the only place they regularly use along with the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, like a normal small house is used. Also this is in Azabu so like, where the embassies are & is pretty much the foreigner hotspot. If a company has a foreign CEO or other executive, this is where they usually live.

It's like an obstacle course trying to zigzag through our street as cars are parked alternated on both sides of the street. It's funny because a law was created to ban certain plate number endings each day to alleviate traffic volume.... didn't really work because anyone who can afford 1 car can most likely get a 2nd. Wonder when they'll realize cars are being bought precisely because the public transit isn't good enough.

I guess that rich people in any part of the world will always connect their status to imported cars like german cars or italian sports cars.

I don't think it easy to compare Nishi-Azabu shown on this video with other expensive residential districts in Tokyo such as Shoto, Shibuya-ku and Denenchofu, Ota-ku about which are more expensive residential districts. But, it might be questioned that Nishi-Azabu should be defined as Tokyo's most expensive residential district. It will depend on how people feel when they take a look at each of the residential districts.

Video on expensive residential district in Tokyo, Denenchofu, Ota-ku:. わんかっぷ/日本案内のVudeoチャンネル で高級住宅街の田園調布のについて紹介してます。一度みてもらい南麻布地区と比較したら良いと 思います。人によって受け止め方が違うので、どっちが高級とかは決められませんね。

How is it that the houses look too modest? looks like their cars cost more. But honestly amazing how clean and nice the place is.👍

You are totally right. In Japan, even the most luxurious place is nothing compare to overseas. These places are expensive only because they are in the middle of the city. The houses are really nothing special. Go to Beverly Hills and you will know what I mean, even Shanghai! But Japan is special because it is clean, quiet and very peaceful.

I live around the area. It’s expensive because most of Embassies are located in here, also International Schools. Houses are modest, but for 50sqm, you need to pay at least ¥300,000. It’s where expats live which their company paid for their rentals etc. Its strategic place to live because it’s near to everything, and mostly all people speaks in English.
