"Dumb" is not understanding how a band full of world-class musicians put on a show and calling someone else dumb. Nothing is lip-synched.

This was live, you could tell Shania changed some tones in her voice throughout the song.

I must admit, I did wonder if the vocals were pre recorded and she was miming.
