I lived in Vegas for 10 years (moved away 3 years ago) and I'm moving back in a few months. Red Rock is one of my favorite places in the world.

I don`t know why, but i love this Landscape. Maybe we don`t have such things in Germany. Love it. Thx 4 that beautiful video.

I saw Red Rock Canyon back in 2016 and boy the desert was wonderful and beautiful. I live in South Dakota and I do miss seeing the beauty of the Mojave Desert

@@scenicdrivesofamerica7096 Sounds good. And hmm, I know you have the slot canyon one up already which I dig. Maybe hiking in Arches or Canyonlands/Dead Horse? Pretty diverse hikes with good views at those parks.

Thank you for watching. If you ever end up in the area, there are several parking spots on the side of the road. The best pictures are taken on the short hikes away from the crowds.

I believe the loop is a total of 13 miles. Definitely worth the side trip up out of Vegas.
