Welcome to the UK and glad you are enjoying life on the cut. Watching Wendy struggling with those heavy lock gates, I’d recommend that you take over that task so that Wendy can concentrate on steering; she’s clearly good at it and those massive lock gates are too much for some of us women to manage.

Great question and timely, we just signed the paperwork to secure our slot with a builder and they are more than happy to let us bring everyone along for the narrowboat build.
