Going there in Sep and already LOVE it 😋. Cayo Santa Maria beach and nature is second to none. Absolutely stunning....untouched and unspoiled nature. Love the tranquility of it, fine, sugar-like aircondtioned sand and clearest turquoise water.

@@raoucherania2530 Nicest all inclusive hotel I have been to in Cuba in terms of hotel room, decor, amenities. However, there was a serious issue with food and drinks. Not only was it not tasty (I expected this), basic things were non existent (milk, fruits, vegetables, often beer at lunch etc.). However, all is forgotten and forgiven the second I'm on the beach. By far my favourite!

Excellent video. Very professional. They should pay you for marketing their hotel. I have been to Cuba many times. This is surely one of the more North American styled Cuban resorts and one of the most expensive. I will put this on my bucket list. Thanks again for inspiring me to return to Cuba. I heard that since the pandemic, they are having problems with the food. How is it there? Thanks. Have the resort opened up completely?

Thank you for the kind words! Your support is appreciated! When I was there in May, the resort was functioning at 70% capacity. The food was good, but I noticed, there were not as many choices as a few years ago. In my opinion, the beautiful landscape, the water, and the resort itself make up for all the other things :)

I was in the ‘Reserve’ building which was very quiet, especially at night and it has swim out rooms. Have a nice vacation!

How long is the shuttle ride from airport to this resort??

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. It takes around 2 hours to get to this resort from Santa Clara Airport but the bus will take you through small Cuban villages and the guide will give you lots of info about Cuba and Cuban life. It was so interesting. I have another video on this bus trip, you can check it out.

Je ne sais pas exactement combien de km elle a, mais la plage est très longue car l'hôtel s'étend sur une très grande surface. De plus, on peut se promener le long de la plage jusqu'aux hôtels adjacents.

The gym is in one of the big buildings on the ground floor. You need to ask at the reception

Not 5 star luxury. Property is nice but not upkeep well. Bathrooms in public areas are awful. When I arrived from the airport I could not use the washroom in the lobby because it was filthy. Waited till I get to my room and was pleasantly surprised the room is nice after being greeted with a washroom like that. People are nice and beach is nice but need more umbrellas. Food so so ,actually lost weigh which is great 😊
