Flew on the Winnebago with a wing many times working for Simmons/American Eagle out of Chicago in my youth. Ugly ducklings that were tanks with wings. Unpressurized, loud, no auto pilot, just hand flying, un air conditioned, could land with the main gear retracted and not scuff up the paint. Boy those were the days...

I feel kind of disappointed of this government not doing nothing to improve this airport. Bringing back the good old days, just nothing. I remember we used to have daily flights from Puerto Rico on the ATR. Leah teased to have service from Anguilla Antigua and I think even barbedos.

Lately they have annouse big plans for the airport, a new apron, runway extension and so on....we will waite and see
