United switches completely from Airbus to Boeing in the next years. All remaining A 320 family jets will be replaced by the Max 8,9&10.

Smoky start of that ANA 777. I had an Oldsmobile many years ago that did that on start-up. Those two gates to your flights left are used by ANA and Lufthansa for depts. Some One World int'l carriers depart, of course, from AA gates at ORD. I think there's some reciprocity for AA & UA overseas. Another enjoyable departure video of "home."

Well I gotta connect from jax to Newark then wait a long layover than get to aguadilla by nighttime of next day (monday) but yea! Wish me the best of luck until the time comes! WOWOWOW!! Great view of Downtown Chicago!! I admit that I was looking for Transformer ships hovering over the city. :) It's mind-boggling how different Chicago is from New York. NY is a big Coastal metropolis. Chicago is a big Midwestern town. You can see it from the air. I see that Lake Michigan hasn't frozen all the way across. There've only been a few winters in recorded weather history where the Lake froze all the way across.

Chicago is almost as big as New York City if you include the city limits only. Chicago is 228 square miles compared to 309 square miles for NYC. Yes NYC is more dense and has a bigger downtown but from the air both cities look huge. I don't think anyone else would call Chicago a town.

It's funny you say that. One of the reasons for this trip was to feature the United 737-8 Max. I was originally supposed to fly TUL-IAH-PHL and the IAH-PHL segment was on the Max 8. Unfortunately, winter weather around IAH and DFW caused that to fall though and I need up being re-routed through ORD. So, yes I do and I did try on this trip. I'll hopefully get to fly none soon!

I don’t think there is but I believe that one of them like DEN-EUG-BUR is a flight that you wouldn’t have to get off on..

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by some types liveries, but I think you're saying they have various different liveries, which yes I'm aware. They have a different animal on every aircraft's tail.

@@sla31 the Frontier Airbus A321-271NX just came here in San Juan PR many times. And also carribean airlines just got here in San Juan PR a few weeks ago. Global X, Air Canada Airbus A220, Air Transat, and American Airlines B777.

Nothing like being dwarfed by a 777 at the gate. 😯 How many words a minute can that cabin attendant speak? Couple million?
