[4K] Downtown Phoenix, Arizona USA Summer Walking Tour & Travel Guide 🎧 Binaural City Sound
Downtown Phoenix is the central business district of the City of Phoenix, Arizona, USA. It is located in the heart of the Phoenix metropolitan area or Valley of the Sun. Phoenix, being the county seat of Maricopa County and the capital of Arizona, serves as the center of politics, justice and government on the local, state and federal levels. The area is a major center of employment for the region, with many financial, legal, and other national and international corporations housed in a variety of skyscrapers. Major arts and cultural institutions also call the area home. Downtown Phoenix is a center of major league sports activities, live concert events, and is an equally prominent center of banking and finance in Arizona. Regional headquarters for several major banks, including JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Bank of America, Compass Bank and Midfirst Bank are all located within or close proximity to the area.

There actually is more of Downtown Phoenix than what you filmed. Some areas have improved others there is not much to see. Love your posts keep up the good work. 👍

Downtown Phoenix has a lot of potential. It does actually get more populated than this and the artsy culture is more centered here but it's still pretty lonely after hours :/ The Fry's that they implemented helped a lot imo! First Fridays are awesome but covid probably put that to sleep too. covid changed a lot of stuff

Nice video. Probably filmed on a Sunday. It's been 2 years and in that time there's been quite a bit of new construction. Mainly condos, as they are expecting thousands of people to move here. The downtown area is nice and has been taken over by ASU, U of Arizona and NAU. They have a huge presence in downtown Phoenix now (2022). With the expansion, there are frequent road construction delays. And of course the video doesn't go to far off the main drag, as there are homeless encampments now near by. But the city keeps that somewhat under control.
Butifull ture thanks for you

@@nobrang5146 there's going to be alot of high rises going up but only one is planned for 530+ feet tall so not much but still good considering that the current tallest was built in 1973. Downtown is growing but we will never see any real skyscrapers here unfortunately.
