It’s amazing how quickly that the Ori ship can spin on its axis. It’s almost impossible to get away from that main beam weapon.

The mechanic for the beam is spot on, energy dissipates the further away from a target you are, so close range equals death... love it.

My eyes widened and I laughed hard when the Ori blew you up as you went into warp lmao. I've NEVER seen that happen before. Yup the Ori are devastating. I can't remember if you've put up a Galaxy Class X from Hell against an Ori ship or not. Same goes for Armored Voyager. I think you should try those two next.

You still did great at the start, and yes in front of the ship is like in front of the Death Star.. wow.. the World Razor is an awesome ship though. and love all those weapons firing at once. just unreal. but the Ori are tough as nails.. too bad you can't do a Riker maneuver.. tractor them and throw them lol.. great battle Captain.😊🖖.

As much as I don’t like my galaxy class childhood being perverted by an evil empire, I think I hate the Ori even more. We need revenge!!

Stargate Picard season 2 is crazy

In the SG1 tv series, the Ori mostly has forward facing beam weapons&no torpedoes but very strong shields. It's stupid to attack it directly from the front. Most ships can attack it anywhere else except the front but takes a long time to reduce its shields. Can't turn very well but reasonably fast moving forward.

Yeah it is going to be tough to beat an Ori toilet bowl ship. I didn't realize they would turn that quickly to bring that main beam around. Picard may need some help from Colonel Caldwell.

I think I they need to modify the animation for the Ori main gun. It’s not coming off like the show. Still cool. Have you considered just torpedoes at greater range and target the main weapon subsystem?

I'd like to see The World razer go up against a Dalek Saucer.

Why would you face the enemy's main weapon head on unless you were the distraction for other ships to launch surprise attacks? I hope you're brought to justice for the crews you needlessly killed. Hab sosli' Quch!!

Am I the only one that remembers that the Picard maneuver only worked because the Ferengi ship was only using sublight capable sensors? It wouldn't work against a ship with ftl sensors.

Hi all, if I remember correctly you need to have Asgard beams to destroy the Ori. Sadly for Evil Picard, they don't have them. Is it possible that someone can make the cross-over between B5-ST-SG-SW-ME the best-off and powerful ships? from all of them? Something like a battle royal. I am a big fan of all these.😂

Okay, what if you attack it from afar? In the round where you played the Ori, it looked like your first use of the beam weapon didn't reach the Razor. So keep it long distance?

You rely way too much on auto pilot. You tried to compensate with in system warp, but the Ori ship turns quickly. If you could maneuver so can face the rear of their ship, you might have had a chance.

The ori beam has a limited range..... just stick to far torpedo bombardment and evade the pulses.... als beam weapons in bc have diminishing damage over range

I don't think anything aside from an 8472 bioship or the Shadow from Babylon 5 could match the Ori. The tech is just too advanced. It would be like giving the Federation Iconian tech and thinking you could beat them.

Im puzzled, if you failed to defeat that ship twice, why bother doing the fight in reverse when you KNOW its going to be a cakewalk? Is it just to see how fast you can do it compared with how you almost beat it the second time around?

Yes, I always do it both ways. Sometimes you get surprising results. Other times if there's a win in both matches the ship that was quickest wins the match 🖖

Bridge Commander has Star Trek and B5 way too strong. Realistically it goes like this: B5 < Star Trek < Stargate.

This simulation is complete bullshit. The Ori motherships are SLOW as hell, CANNOT turn that fast and do NOT have a main beam that can "one shot" ANY Federation-shielded ship. This is not even canon by Stargate SG-1! The Odyssey and other ships could withstand about 6 Ori front-beam blasts, and after the further Asgard upgrades, easily 12 or more. Federation tech is EASILY 200-300 years beyond Ori tech which means still 2-3 quantums would OBLITERATE any Ori ship and while I'm sure they could EVENTUALLY put a dent in Federation shielding, it would take a LONG time (it's about akin to Federation vs. Borg tech). When SG-1 ships can outmaneuver Ori ships at sublight and EASILY get behind them, Federation impulse engines can EASILY do that same. Completely fallacious comparison!
