Loving yourself is the hardest thing to do if no one taught you how to do it. But we should never give up trying. And sometimes music can save lives as it works in mysterious ways. Never stop trying to be strong.

My school is really stressful and this week I have had 7 major assignments, from tests, to presentation, to the dreaded papers. I'm sitting at my desk, trying to get words out of the paper, anxious about deadlines. Then I start listening to this and it focuses and centers me. Thank you. My dad's friend owns a jazz bar, and the music is amazing. This sounds like exactly something the band would play- one time I even got to perform “I’m beginning to see the light”, “fly me to the moon” and many others with a sax player, a trumpet player, a pianist, a drummer, and a bassist. It was probably one of the best experiences in my life. Jazz has a way of making you feel like you're on top of the world. Love the compilation and hope the 1% reading this has a great day

This Jazz music just completes a perfect blend of serenity and sound. I can open my French doors at night. Overlook the lake in my backyard. Hear the ocean waves on the beach two blocks away. Then just to make it perfect add some peaceful relaxing jazz. Then sit back in the jacuzzi and watch the moon and Stars with a nice glass of wine. It’s 5:35am here in Hong Kong. When I am sitting on the sofa, I miss my bunny again. It used to stay in the area behind the sofa. But I will never be able to see it again.

I had anxiety about 8 months ago. Since then, I always feel worried at some point. Especially in the afternoon. It keeps me from getting a night's sleep. I did a keyword "relaxing music" in a youtube search, and I found this video. It really helps me to sleep well.

It's grey and rainy here, a wet start to our nz summer.

This music and coffee shop give's me a pause in time to let all my good feeling's from my past to now make me feel so full of comfort and peace.
