This is the same coal train I caught empty in previous videos. One of the "swing helper" locomotives in the middle of the train broke down so the train was stuck in the Sulphur siding until a new locomotive could be brought in. The train departed Sulphur right after Amtrak #6. It had to wait at Tabernash for the Moffat Tunnel to vent the fumes after Amtrak #6 before it could climb the 2% grade up to the tunnel. Unfortunately it had to wait just after the light had disappeared before it could climb the grade.
