This place is magical. I lived in New Mexico a few years ago and visited Chaco Canyon. I will never forget it.

@@TheTrekPlanner we hang out at El Malpais quite a bit at Grants. I’d recommend doing Bisti Da Na Zin if you get a chance. It was desolate and gorgeous.

Would you allow me to use a shot or two from this video as part of a campaign ad for a friend of mine who is running for congress on an environmental platform? He is an environmental lawyer who has kept fracking out of Chaco Canyon, and we would love to include some of your beautiful footage in the video.

WHAT? There is NO oil in Chaco Canyon, so no fracking is needed!
