Maravilloso recorrido, nunca he estado en Cartagena y por lo que veo tiene mucho que ver...preciosa zona del puerto, fantástico edificios históricos...muy bonita 👍

Madre mía, el edificio de Caixabank es un palacio ! Me ha parecido una ciudad impresionante en todos los aspectos, tanto la zona del puerto como la arquitecturas de las calles, una ciudad que vale la pena visitar. Personalmente lo que más me ha impresionado es el teatro romano, y la verdad es que para estar dentro de la ciudad se ha conservado super bien, y las partes que están restauradas respetan el estilo original. Muy buen video Walking Spain, como siempre manteniendo alto el nivel. Por cierto, me vas a permitir que te haga una crítica, no te la tomes mal. En el video se escucha bastante ruido del viento, en el programa de edición eso lo puedes suavizar; es que en la parte del puerto sí que se escucha bastante ruido.

Hola Habi! No me lo tomo a mal, todo lo contrario, te agradezco tus consejos para mejorar los vídeos. Si alguna vez notas algo que pueda ser mejorable, dímelo sin problema (yo también haré lo mismo si veo algo en tus vídeos, aunque por ahora estás perfectos😉👍) Te refieres a un efecto de edición llamado Eliminar ruido o algo así? Ese lo usé en otra ocasión para un problema similar y no note la diferencia. Tendré que seguir probando. Me alegra que te haya gustado la ciudad. A mi también me sorprendió mucho. Tienes unos edificios muy bonitos y señoriales. Respecto al teatro romano es una maravilla, pero lo más sorprendente de todo es que fue descubierto en 1988, te lo puedes creer?😱 En mi próximo vídeo hago un recorrido por dentro del teatro, espero que te guste. Thanks for another great video. Enjoyed it thoroughly. I like how you structure your videos, in this case starting down by the water and making your way to the final, stunning vista at the top. With the guitar and the amazing view, it really makes for a great finish. What an amazing view from up there. I think I could sit up there and stare out at that ocean for hours. 🙂 The architecture is beautiful - as usual. You can really sense the history in the city. I would definitely check out that naval museum if I ever visited Cartagena. What a surprise to see the amphitheater - well, both - the old one and the new one. Must be a magical place to take in a concert. It seems so quiet there, although there were signs of life coming back. It does give the video a very peaceful feeling which is nice. Almost like you're getting a private tour of the city. 😉 Looking forward to the next one!

Hi! How's it going? Thank you very much for visit me again and thank you also for your words. You're right, you're very observant 😉 I planned this tour that way you say. Whenever I have a chance, I like to finish my videos with a great panoramic view of the place. On this occasion, the opportunity was perfect for it. In fact, at the top of that hill there is a fortification, if I had decided to go to the top of the hill I would have had to finish my video in front of a gate 😄 because the entrance is not free. I would also have wanted to visit the Naval Museum but unfortunately I only had one day to visit the city and I had to decide between that museum or the Roman Theater Museum ... I finally decided to visit this one (I will upload the video next week) It's a shame because it sure was interesting. I was surprised at how quiet the city was during my visit. I went on Sunday and I knew that the city center would be quiet because almost all the stores are closed (I don't know if in Boston, having more Catholic tradition, there is a custom of closing on Sundays), then people take the opportunity to rest or go to the nearest beach, although I did not imagine that it was so deserted. As you say, it was like a private tour 😄 I am very glad that you enjoyed the tour, I hope you will also find mi next tour of the Roman theater interesting. Have a good week. Greetings!!

@@WalkingSpain In Boston, stores were always closed on Sundays up until about 1978 or maybe 1980 or so. Then they changed the law so they could open. Now Sunday is no different than Saturday or a weekday.

Todo lo vi en el free tour que me hicieron hace 3 semanas. Te faltó quizá las murallas defensivas de Carlos III y un vistacillo al submarino de Isaac Peral. Para que los foráneos sepan que aquí también se ha inventado. Gracias por el vídeo. Me ha hecho recordar mi visita relámpago de entonces.

Si, quizás debí incluir las murallas pero en su momento pensé que alargaba el recorrido demasiado, así que decidí mostrarlas de pasada, la verdad es que me arrepiento un poco. También tenía la intención de visitar el Museo Naval pero por falta de tiempo me decante por el del Teatro Romano (que mostraré la próxima semana). Me alegra que te haya recordado tu visita. In Spain it is normal for stores to be closed that day (fortunately not all stores). It is a tradition. You know, Sunday is the Lord's Day in the Catholic religion ⛪ In Spain Sunday is the calmest day of the week, although that day the city was too calm and I don't know why 🤔 17:08 This is some remains of Roman buildings from two thousand years ago, surely they were found by chance while excavating to build a building or something similar. It is very common in these types of cities to find remains of ancient buildings buried when excavations are made. Cartagena is full of plots for this reason. Sorry, I don't know which grooves you mean. Do you mean the plot behind the stage or do you mean behind the semicircle (that semicircle was where the orchestra used to be)? Yes 😆 it is surprising to suddenly see a peacock walking freely although what really surprised me was seeing a hen a few meters ahead, as if it were a farm 😆 😆😆 You're right, this tour had a bit of everything you say. @@WalkingSpain I guess sculptures all over the city make tourists feel like walking in open museums and galleries that's why Spanish tourism is more popular. Its just my opinion. 😁 I guess people will like your voice. Dont be shy. Dude. 👍 Sunday! 😆🙄🤔🤔 Im curious what tourists do in Spanish sunday.🤣🤣 It is similar in Korea. Conduct a mandatory investigation before building. If relics or remains are found, construction stops and excavations begin. To exaggerate a little, GyeongJu and Seoul are difficult to build, with artifacts and historical sites found just by digging. 🤣🤣 It was a great tour with a peacock, hen and ducks. 😆👍👍

Yo soy de Cartagena y como he visto media España Cartagena es una ciudad que no tiene nada en verano aburrida se queda vacía porque o tienes coche o casa en la playa esto más que una ciudad es un pueblo no es zona turística Alicante Torrevieja hay es donde está el turismo por eso me voy de aquí no Merce la pena vivir en Cartagena😠
