actually, since it looks like a Caledonian Engine, I'd say its a Scottish Engine running in the USA.

It is a loose replica of a Caledonian Railway Dunalastair 2 built by Crown Metal Products of Pennsylvania in 1974. The engine was based off of one of Queen Victoria's royal trains which would have brought her to the Balmoral Castle in scotland.
