Oh my gosh, you just walked around the place we lived at for two weeks in spring and autumn 2019, so amazing to see all the familiar places, this video brings joy to me and my wife, I actually proposed to her under one of the Meguro River cherry trees.. Thank you for this video!

It’s lovely to see all the restaurants & shops we once ate at, went shopping at and streets we walked around when we lived there by the Meguro River. Happy to see the tall MFPR apartment (at the bridge after you crossed the traffic lights) and noticed that you took this video when we were still living there last year!! We were on the 10th floor and I spotted my son’s bedroom with unique reflective coverings. Thank you for the memories. We miss Meguro a lot as we are back in Singapore. Meguro is a really Beautiful and safe district. Many famous high schools, a fashion school around that area. It’s also has a lovely church near the station. The large Hotel is a must to visit, inside is amazingly decorated as it is famous for couples planning their Japanese marriage.

I spotted it!! Thank you so much for sharing this. We were still there on the 10th floor of MFPR Tower. It is really lovely to see this memory suspended in time in U tube. We miss living in Tokyo and we hope we can return to visit our favourite places and travel around Japan soon.

Big help, @@VSV_Japan 😇 please also vlog how to arrive at Meguro station from Shibuya or from Narita Airport if it's okay. Arigatou gozaimasu 🥳

@@markrobiso If you take an airport shuttle bus or a train from Narita airport, you'd probably arrive at Ueno station or Tokyo station, both of which are on the green line shown on the map at the beginning of this video. The green line represents a train line called the "Yamanote line" that loops around Tokyo. All major towns like Meguro, Shibuya, and Shinjuku are on this line. So, when you get on the Yamanote line train, you won't miss your stop regardless of whether it's running clockwise or counterclockwise. I once walked along the Yamanote line and visited all train stations on the line in this playlist. kzread.info/head/PLQZ2EdF3w6Tce6irEymBUhmjLCjdf2NsJ&si=CbZ5Jg_WbKzC_8iZ

Thanks for the suggestion. But unfortunately even though it's named "Meguro Sky Garden", it's very far away from Meguro station and not in a walking distance.

An incredibly ugly, generic-looking business district. But it seems clean. I imagine it's safe.
