4K Berlin walking from Congress Hall (Haus der Kulturen) along river Spree to Kanzleramt

From the "House of Cultures of Nations" along the Spree and past the Chancellery. The House of Cultures, built in 1957 as a congress hall, is nicknamed the ‘pregnant oyster’ in Berlin. It was a gift from the BENJAMIN-FRANKLIN-FOUNDATION. It was used for congresses and conferences until the southern part of the roof collapsed in 1980. Following the demolition and reconstruction of the roof, it is now used as a venue for cultural events, exhibitions and meeting places. The route continues along the Spree, one of Berlin's two largest rivers, past the Chancellery.
Come with me on my walk along the sights along the river Spree.
