Should buy a light wave projector for your room lights up the whole room with nebular clouds waves or you can get one with neon sky's Northern lights effect, they're quite cheep, same effect this has on you. plus you can play your own music through the speakers or use in app sounds.. great for bath time/relaxation/meditation or when having a little party or friends over.. I love this video, the music and picture is just perfect ♥️

I'm glad you shared what you did. My son has severe autism and self-harm, and my daughter has anxiety, and thinks she has ADHD, but no matter what diagnosis or no diagnosis, anxiety can be debilitating and no one else can know what's going on inside you. People get shamed for having emotions, but aren't we human? Everyone comes from a different set of parents or upbringing and depending on how your coping skills are and what dysfunction you have, it can be so extremely difficult when there is a storm inside your head and your heart is pounding and your stomach feels sick, etc. I just wanted to reply because I liked what you texted that was honest and telling it like it is. Pretty hard to candy coat anxiety! I wish you the best and hope the anxiety takes a hike! Even if this was posted 2 years ago, I still wanted to respond to anyone that is feeling paralyzing anxiety and loneliness or detachment from others, that can relate. For all those that are suffering I sincerely wish you well. I've never been a big internet person but I think sometimes strangers can be a unique source of support. ☮

Wow. I feel for you. My son and I are affected by each other's emotions. He is nonverbal autistic and comprehends more than people know but things are difficult for him as some of the things you shared here. Sometimes it's hard for people to relate to others when they don't go through the same thing and it's hard. The fact that you shared what you did, I do think helps others that have several diagnoses not feel totally alone. Your guts and tenacity and believing in yourself (even if people don't understand) won't quit because you have to be a warrior to fight this stuff and it takes a lot of energy. Keep going, and walk on, as they say in my son's walk on horse therapy.🙂😍🤩

I just went through a horrible feeling of overstimulation. I was on the verge of tears, Felt like I couldn’t move. My dog was walking all over me and it really messed up how i felt temperature wise. But then she started licking me. This helped me focus on one feeling rather than hundreds, this brought me back to reality. Thank you dog. You stopped me from having a huge panic attack 😭❤️

I used to not be able to connect with dogs in the way i now connect with animals (SOOOO DEEPLY & like wow inFEEKCLOVEEEEE) but i always liked/enjoyed dogs growing up but i did cry when my mom got our family a puppy cuz Henry jumped on me & his nails scratched me & it hurt lol not too bad he was a yorkie-poo !!!! Ugh i loved/LOVE HENRY!!! anyways that’s who made me love dogs & i didn’t think i was a cat person for 21 years of my entire life because when i was younger i was with my older sister at the time & she was petting this black & white cat while holding it in her arms & i felt so jealous she was able to pick up the cat without getting scratched or ignored (my two biggest fears lowkey hahahahah 😂😢just kidding kinda 😮😅) but anyways i think the cats name was oreo? & i was like maybe 7 years old at the time & asked to pet oreo at least 20 times & my sister got upset/irritated with me & then threw the cat at me & naturally the cat was afraid of falling & used its claws to hold onto my skin😢😢😢(sister was also a child when this happened so keep that in mind also looking back she was likely autistic too i’m like 99% sure ) although hearing about ANYONE child or adult putting an animal in danger like 🤮🤮🤮🤮makes me physically clench my whole body yk?) 😂anyways I LOVEE MY LIFE & EXISTING & TALKING TO MY THREE CATS OUT LOUD SAVED MY LIFE TBH ❤i almost got a service dog when i had extreme social anciertn& couldn’t leave my house but seeing your comment makes me feel like even tho i literally had meltdowns over the fact i live in an appt that doesn’t allow dogs & i had 0 experience owning a cat EVERRR ; i wouldn’t have found my best feline friends if that wasn’t the case so 💚 animals heal !!!!!

Why comment here to thank your dog? I'm autistic, don't come for me. That's some main character energy weirdness. If they'd thanked the creator at all or mentioned anything outside of themselves I'd feel differently. Too many people use social media as a public diary. It's not an asd or adhd thing because i have both. This is a "lives in own world and can't see anything outside of their feelings" thing. I am a heavily traumatized individual with audhd and that is some weirdness even for a socially unaware person.

Hi just got very overstimulated bc i wrote down everything that needs doing for uni so i gripped onto my big winnie the pooh teddy and started crying. Then couldnt be still, so sat on the edge of my bed swinging my legs for the past 10 minutes squishing a really squishy stress ball in my hands and decided to have something nice in my ears to calm me down - 21 yo riddled with adhd ❤️ thanks for the help

I listen to this every night to sleep it has become a part of routine for me. At school I get very stressed out by the loudness of everyone, all the people touching me and bumping into me in the corridors/hallways, people shouting and whistling as loudly as possible, the bell being too loud, and even the lights being too bright sometimes. I struggle to focus in classes with everyone chatting I find school really difficult, and after a stressful day of that is over, I listen to this at bedtime and when I take naps, and it helps calm me. I often stick my fingers in my ears to block it all out kinda, and when it's break time or lunch time and things get too much I run away and sit alone in a quieter spot. Sometimes I just want to scream or run out of class but if I do I'll get into trouble, so I just end up rocking back and forth in my seat looking straight down and rubbing my thighs, most of the time I don't even realise I start doing it.

He would sleep on the pillow next to me and I’d fall asleep to this wondering if he would still be here in the morning. After he rapidly got worse we had him put to sleep at the vets on the 2nd June. It’s only now I’ve started to try listening again because I love this music but I couldn’t bear listening to it without Harry and the thought of it made me cry. It gets a tiny bit easier everyday but I will always miss my boy. Rip Harry 15th March 2008-2nd June 2022

whew i have autism and I was stressing SO BAD during my homework. Thanks for making this. I dont particularly like the song, but it does work lol. Sometimes classical can be too brooding and emotional. I like the lightness of these sounds

I just got diagnosed with ADHD and will be getting tested for autism soon. I am hoping that knowing why I am the way I am. How to cope with my sensory issues and learning how not to shut down when I’m overwhelmed (which is almost all the time) I have meltdowns and have been called dramatic, flighty, unproductive, lazy. And I may be all of those things to a certain extent but there is more to it than that. But I am not sure. I just hope that when I get it confirmed like it likely will that I will have a better understanding of myself. It’s just so damn difficult. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 43. It took the Doctor like not very long to know I was ADHD. And my therapist says I have a lot of the characteristics of autism. I feel that with what I know about the characteristics I more than likely am. I am just so damn tired. Of hiding how I am because of all these traits I have and how I get seen because of them. When I was a young kid I would know that while I was messing up and not “perfect” that it was okay and I would go out there and do the things I’m now afraid to do. I was okay with failing I realized that other people have other things to worry about. For one reason or another. But my parents thought I was strange, hyper, difficult and petulant. They would misunderstand and make me feel bad for pretty much everything. I had to explain pretty much everything and they still wouldn’t listen. My parents have told me that they don’t really listen the last time wasn’t that but a couple days ago. I’m just tired of being what I feel is more “acceptable” I just want to not have to shutdown all the time. My parents aren’t to blame I mean they don’t know better. I feel the need to apologize all the time for my very existence. And I am so done. I hope I can learn to cope with and accept the things I do and how I am. To undo all the things I was taught by my damaged parents point of view. I mean I am used to taking care of myself. It’s just tiresome and lonely sometimes. I hope the music can help. I may be annoying and all the other things that people don’t like. I correct people and I hate that I do that but it’s kinda a automatic response. I don’t always read into things or read too much into so much. I almost always feel the need to go away because that’s what people want. I have been called dumb by my parents a lot. Ditzy. And selfish. It makes me sad to know they think of me like that. I have really bad depression and it has a lot to do with more than biology and how my brain works. When I get overwhelmed it’s like I either have an extreme response or do the opposite and shut down. No in between. I will be vulnerable with someone but only ONCE. Because it just has been proven to me I will get hurt. And usually it’s by the people who claim to love me. So it’s just easier to shut down. I guess I just needed to express all of it. And I am doing it here because whoever reads this (if it gets read even cannot hurt me more than my family have even if unintentionally. Sometimes I need to just vent and not have it used against me ya know? Contrary to what people might believe I do have feelings. I just don’t want them to be used against me. I guess I’m in a mood. I mean being vulnerable is something I only allow for a short while before I shut tf down. I am sorry for the rant.
