I like how your editor uses a quick and kind of subtle blur dissolve transition to smooth out the cuts; it really adds to the quality and relaxation of the video. Jump cuts in ASMR with visual triggers is soooooo jarring.

Hope your lasik surgery went well as well as your recovery. I have been thinking about getting lasik myself since i have been wearing glasses for years. I am just a little worried about the pain during the surgery. I also love the rainbow color on your nails. It matches perfectly with some of the eye colors.

I got lasik done at 19, I'm now 21 and I can say first hand there is no pain at all. the only thing for me was my anxiety with the tool they had holding my eye open so I wouldn't blink. It's a very quick procedure and fair warning you will smell your eye burning from the laser going into it 😭 was not expecting that. they topically numb your eye so you don't feel a thing and recovery was quick for me personally

Hey, had Lasik 3 years ago (in Belgium), and didn feel a thing. It's a awkward feeling and procedure but completely painless. In 15-20minutes it's all over. Big recommandations!

@@NotNoobieNub it's a type of eye surgery usually done to improve eyesight so the patient doesn't need glasses/contacts :D

The weird part about watching this video, is that my eye color is actually very similar to the bottom row, middle column color. I have what is called central heterochromia. My eyes, for the most part, are a deep and vibrant blue shade, but around my iris for each eye is a circle of yellowish/brown, very similar to the example eyes (just brighter yellow and less bright blue). Back to relaxing.

I super appreciate the explanation/warning in the beginning. I became extremely squeamish after having my son 4 years ago so having an explanation about what the redness was really helped me feel at ease so I could watch the video! Great video as always Gibi & the typing sounds in this one were chefs kiss

I don't know what that eye board was made of, but it gave me some of the best tingles I've ever had. I'd love to see it return.

I may be wrong, but isn't it that polyester board or whatever? I forgot what it's called. Foam board, maybe. Whatever the stuff they make the trifolds out of that's not cardboard.

Congrats on the LASIK! I got mine almost a year ago and I've loved it so much, you'll notice so many tiny little changes. I still try to push my glasses sometimes lol. I wish you well on the recovery!

No one has captions for ASMR the way Gibi does and I appreciate it so much. I don't get tingles from auditory triggers, but visual ones give me MAJOR tingles. I still like being able to follow along with the story, despite sensory processing issues that make listening and understanding spoken language difficult sometimes.

i caught this video when my favorite blanket got out of the dryer and istg that before i could even get 2/4 of the video watched i was asleep- warm blanket + gibi asmr = best nap of all time ( i slept for like 5 hours then came back to watch it again cuz it's so tingly )

When you first brought out the eye colors I got happy cause the first set of eyes actually look almost exactly like mine. Cause mine are grey with a hazel/brown center

I just graduated BMT and coming back to watching Gigi and all her videos felt like bliss
