I was there a week ago. LIRR Jamaica Station to Massapequa Park.

Just reminiscing on this video ride to Babylon, I'm a Queens kid originally. After leaving Jamaica station and departing Hall interlock, Once In the elevated curve passing Hillside facility. If I'm not mistaken, I believe those straight tall buildings on the right are remnants of the Old Coffee Factory...?? What say you. Roosevelt L.I. Kidd.

Great video as always. Impressed at how well maintained and smooth the south shore line is. Why is there rails stored on the roadbed especially around Jamaica station . Seems dangerous if there is a derailment.

The escalator in Massapequa still isn't working! Last time I was there was about 15 years ago!

When did some of the lattice power poles get replaced with steel poles? Also, construction of the new elevators has started at Massapequa Park, Amityville, Copiague, and Lindenhurst.

What happened that this is no longer an express Jamaica, Freeport, Babylon?

Have you seen any M3s going to West Hempstead? Or is that a done deal now that the M9s are in service?

I have not seen an M3 on West Hempstead since 2019. I also think they are no longer permitted there, despite the special instruction regarding them being updated on speed restrictions if one goes there.
