This one was definitely a weird device. But quite interesting implementation of such an ultra-wide-angle-lens.

Great review. could you also make a mention if these cameras (especially the earlier reviewed webcam) support protocols like RTSP ? - this would allow other devices to pickup the video feed from the camera and do its own stuff.

I think this one does - because I was able to record via OBS.

Can you use this with an IPad or IPhone? And how do you get to the tools to block out a section?

It has no connection to a phone. And you can use the cap to block the lens.
