Heebum Kim might be late but the only group of people that weren't interested was the basketballers. gfriend only performed for the other group of people that was waiting for the match to begin. and those group of people were clearly interested. they had their eyes on them from the beginning.

these girls carried themselves by their own selves. no support from senior groups, debuting with gym clothes, almost no make up, no flashy accessories. they debuted with talent and a great album with exquisite songs that depict their journey towards their successful career. ive been a fan since 2016 and ive witnessed how they jumped from one comeback to another. all comebacks were successful, their promotions were sought through, and ive never seen them slack off. even if they're given exhausting schedules, promoting from one place to another, they still perform wholeheartedly. they gave their all every single time. everything went smoothly since they already established themselves in the music industry, they even created a name for themselves in japan which was also very successful. but then, the acquisition happened and that halted everything. at first, i thought it was a great choice since they finally had seniors who would support them but no. japanese promotions were halted, they were overworked (3 comebacks in 2020? in the middle of the pandemic?), and now, they left the company. but nevertheless, wherever they go, whatever path they'll take, i will support them. girls, i hope that all of you are happy right now. please rest and have fun, okay? we'll wait for you. we love you 💜💙

저때 데뷔한지 얼마 안돼서ㅠㅠ.. 특히 초중고딩 학생들한테만 조금 알려진 그룹이었음 ㅠ 여름에 오,우로 뜨고

It’s amazing how nobody knew them, people were just walking around them as they were performing unbothered. But it feels like the crowd was watching carefully. It feels like by the 2nd sentence of the song almost everybody in the crowd already felt that this is not some usual rookie group, that this is something really awesome. And you can see people listening closely / waving their sticks enthusiastically in the chorus. At the end the screams surprised me, I guess they held it in but in the end you can hear that many people really cheered

5yrs later this group is one of the successful and talented group from 3rd generation. From pe outfits to school outfits up to expensive girls. Hardworks pays off. Ily till the end.

Little did they know, they are so lucky to see them. Now it's rare to see them outside.

Imagine if these girls debuted in SM people will call them the next SNSD because their songs reminds me of Girls Generation's. Problem is their label is not that big that's why those who debuted in bigger companies like JYP is so lucky. I mean instant fame. Good songs produced by the company uhm unique choreographies. Gfriend is the only girl group where I like every members of it.

For a rookie group , their synchronization is pretty off the charts I must say . I really like that they're performing at these events !

Same haha but i guess since gfriend isnt as popular, the guys werent as interested. If it had been apink, they would of stopped right away. Anyways, it takes a while to getting used to things like balls being thrown. Before i used to lose focus while dancing in my school's gym with friends because of balls being thrown but now its pretty easy to do without messing up.

I remember how the first ever girl group song I listened to was Me Gustas Tu. But at that time, I didn't pay that much attention to Kpop. 3 years later, I started stanning Twice. Then when I no longer have any videos of twice to watch. I remembered how I asked my friend who Gfriend was 4 years ago. Then I search them up again. I remember how I made them the wallpaper of my PC 3 years ago. And how my mother told me that they're so beautiful. Now, I can't stop loving Gfriend everytime I see them.
