Привет. Спасибо. по твоему видео отремонтировал АКПП на Ford Focus 2. У меня была очень невероятная история. После пробега 270000км перестала работать задняя передача. Когда разобрал то увидел поломанное стопорное кольцо, которое нанесло всему повреждение. на 17:27 я вижу только 5 частей. У меня была ещё часть 6, в самом низу. Полагаю ошибка сборки на заводе.

As soon as you mentioned the hole, I figured the diff because the big chunk and no forward/reverse. You should show the servo bore and its function

I replaced valve body. But now it only goes in reverse. Am i missing something?

Youre welcome! 09 to 11 focuses had issues with the overdrive servo bore wearing, causing a burnt band and burnt direct drum.

If the reverse gear works when cold but not when the car is warm (acts like in neutral), what would be your advice be? Thanks from NZ.

fluid viscosity changes with temperature. There might be a wrong tranny fluid in my opinion.

I believe you just need to remove the bell housing case half

So with the issues you discovered, could the issue not be resolved with a new transfer case and do a rebuild rather than purchase a new transmission? And based off what i saw in this video my car (2006 Mazda 3 2.OL) may have the same issue. My reverse works fine, but soon as i put it into drive/first gear the tires started shaking like the transmission is locked up or something.

Yeah, a new converter housing, pump, valve body, final drive, overhaul kit

I have a 2014 transit connect. Transmission just quit. No forward or reverse.makes a loud whining noise when engine is running. Ive checked with local shops for a rebuild and was quoted 4 to 6k. How hard would it be to do a rebuild myself. Im very mechanically inclined. What all would i need to buy for the rebuild? Thanks.

Hi, you'll want to tear it down and sew what's wrong first, and see if it's worth fixing or getting a used transmission. And flush the cooler to not get metal in the new transmission

Well, I have the 3rd to 4th gear shakes, shutter and it's making a grinding noise when I put it in drive. 88k on the car 2010 focus. Can you adjust the bands without dismantal ? You are good at what to do. You have a sub and I'm sure you'll have many more quickly.

Happy to help. Hopefully the grind is just the front pump pulling air due to low fluid level.

I checked the fluid and it was within marks. Wondering if the band is adjustable ?

@@seanhall4098 Band adjustment is done with the band anchor bolt, they come in different lengths to adjust clearance. Your trans is done. its time for a rebuild.

Howdy, I have a 2013 transit connect that is skipping 2nd gear upon acceleration and going straight from 1st to 3rd gear. Then overdrive tries to engage but will kick out and not engage. I’ve removed the rear cover and inspected the intermediate/ overdrive band- it is in tact but my band was rather loose around the drum. Do you happen to have some advice for me? I appreciate your video and time!

You're welcome. The band feels loose even with the servo applied? If the band isn't burnt you can try just adjusting it. Otherwise the servo bore might be worn

I am unsure of how to apply the servo, is this an easy process? The band appears to be in good condition and doesn’t show any signs of being burnt. But it is extremely loose when I inspected it after removing the rear cover.

@@3leessurfacecleaners it's normal to have looseness in the bad if it's not applied. The servo is above the valve body and can be pushed up to apply the band

Just checked the servo and all is well, no play in the bore and air checked it. Working as designed. I replaced the int/overdrive band and test drove the vehicle. I now have second gear back! But i still don’t have overdrive. It also threw a code P0750 and P0751. I’m thinking I need to replace the solenoid but I’m still unsure on the int/overdrive band adjustment. I was able to install the new band without having to remove the adjuster bolt, do you think that could possibly cause the no 4th gear/overdrive? Also I’ve replaced the rear cover. i’m stuck on this no O/D issue that I’m thinking could be the solenoid or a band adjustment, any advise is much appreciated!

Can I use a 86t transfer gear instead of a 87t for my transit can’t get one that has 87t

The final drive? Yeah if it meshes with everything fine I don't see why not. I'd check for other differences in the part such as bearing sizes but it should function. May need to do some programming if you get a check engine light

How long would you say with easy driving with a 2006 Mazda 3 auto transmission last in your opinion that's been fluid changed + filter every 30,000 ?

Could last 300k plus. Just depends on when or if something happens. Maintaining it well sure helps a lot

I haven't personally looked in to that. But that should be fine. You may need to swap some brackets over from the core. The focus and transit connect have the same engine, so I don't see why it wouldn't work

Hi, you should pull the pan and make sure the detent isn't dislocated. and make sure the sensor is aligned
