49+ BEST WINTER Flowering Plants To GROW From SEEDS In Aug-Sep!
Looking for the winter flowering plants to grow? Here I am sharing a huge list of Winter flowering plants that we can grow from seeds. Though it's not winter yet, we can start sowing the seeds from August end onwards and that way we can expect lots of flowers from October onwards. The list is really huge..so, I didn't included detailed info about each plants as I already have individual video on them.
Please note, not just these 50, there are more plants that we can grow in winter and those are from bulbs, corms or from tubers. I would share that list in my coming video.
Happy growing and I hope you would be quite busy this season :-)

@@GardeningUpbeat welcome
Great information. Thanks a lot. One question: how do you grow them from seeds ? I have tried many times but failed. What soil mix do you use? And what is the exact process? I will really appreciate your guidance and advice in this matter. In case you have made a detailed video, please share the link. 🙏

You are most welcome and thank you so much for your words! I have many videos about growing flowering plants from seeds. For example, here is a video about growing English Daisy from seeds - kzread.info/dash/bejne/i5yDu5WblNK6n5c.html Furthermore, I am sharing the Playlist link here. You can go there and check the video on the plant you need - kzread.info/dash/bejne/iWeTtspwgM6rh6Q.html&pp=gAQBiAQB Soon, I would add more videos to this playlist. @@GardeningUpbeat sorry to bother you with more questions: do you wash the cocopeat before using and how many times? And what potting mix do you recommend for growing petunia from seeds? Lastly, do you add any fungicide or treat the seeds before sowing?
Dada, i love your channel so much. All the love from Arunachal Pradesh.❤️

Glad you liked it and thank you very much for your words! I don't collect too much seeds but would try to a video on that soon. For storing bulbs or tubers like Dahlia, already uploaded video long back (kzread.info/dash/bejne/qKemqpazj9vRotY.html). Also, please note that many Winter flowering plants can be grown just from cuttings and these are the plants that we can grow from cuttings - kzread.info/dash/bejne/gH-ru6qfdrmXfZs.html Just thought to let you know as the list if quite huge! This way, you would be able to grow many plants just from cuttings. Wish you all the best and thank you once again!

Thank you so much for your words, appreciated! If it's too hot, please wait for some more days. Here, many start from almost from the end of August to September. Need to take some extra care though if we want to start advance. Like, protecting them from harsh sunlight (green net would be ideal) and from rainfall.
Where should i buy good quality winter seeds? Last year many seeds from Amazon did not germinate ?
@GardeningUpbeat
11 ай бұрын
Sorry to hear that..but I usually buy from Amazon or Seednpots.com. Sometimes seeds fail to germinate..but quantity of seeds is usually more. So, even if I get 10 seedlings, it's okay for me as I grow various different variety.

Can understand...and we can start when temp is not more than 27°C [80.6°F]. This is almost the average temp in my place (in Sept) and it's not the ideal temp actually. It's still bit high but if we don't start at Sept (here in my place), it would be too late. Wish you all the best!
