Question - Where I am working there are only 3 people including the owner. They have been operating for more than 4-5 years with significant turnover and willing to sponsor me if they can. Please let me know if they are able to sponsor?? It's a manufacturing industry. Request - Also, you never explained the condition "Caveat" under 482 visas. Hi, I did apply for 482 visa since 2019 April but cos of the covid pandemic and never hear any news from immigration. After pandemic company try to contact them again and they started to look through again. Finally 2022 April I got approved. But this year my aged is 45 and immigration changed rules that 482 visa that is a pathway to PR after 2 years. Due to the delay from 2019, is that any chance to apply for PR and my aged is over 45?

Am not sure there is a challenge of your age on 482 visa. Regardless your age you can apply for 482 visa

Some jobs do not require skill assessment, but most of them need it, impossible without IELTS.

dear i don't have IELTS but spoken.main subject i can speak english.no skill assessment.but i can do any job.i can do many job in construction sector.but if subclass 482 falls under this. My humble request.

It is so unfair for the people who got 482 visa delay due to COVID-19 but they are just landed to AUS but already 45 years old this year. Hope that the government can give them a hand.

I had been studied here from 2017 oct to 2021 Aug and my family they are all here with me. Is hard for me to keep applying tuition fee for little one for the pass 6 years. Hope Immigration will look into it for the aged limit.
