nowadays, it is ubiquitous to see wap 7's of erode and royapuram as well standing at yesvantpur yard. previously only lallaguda wap 7's were dominant... and ed and rpm shed locos were used only on trains which run towards mas/bza and further towards eastern india. but now these two are an addition to the list which haul trains running via ubl (even including krishnarajapuram)

Unlike YPR outers or Bangaluru Rly station outers keeping some EMD or alco for mainline duties, CR and SCR have extincted D locos in CSMT, Secunderabad and Hyderabad after Poorna like electrification. very sad development.
