I was watching a Spanish language vlog by a Bolivian KZreadr and he was saying something about how it’s said you’re not a true Bolivian unless you can eat a salteña without spilling a drop haha

I believe Sucre is only the constitutional capital and La Paz is the administrational capital... 😅 it seems to be very confusing so we just went with it
