The scenery is totally sugoi-!! What month was the filming? Do the temperatures vary greatly from morning to night?
I see Emma. I see Sarah. I click.
Sarah chuggin' the dipping sauce again. 🥃😂♥✨💖💜
What a fun video! All the activities in Ibaraki looked amazing especially Raku Cafe and gardens 😊
I love how I'm sat here watching you guys eat this beautiful looking Japanese meal, yet I'm here eating a pot noodle and a bag of squares 😅

Can’t go wrong with a pot noodles every now and then 😅
It's so cute that you let TC film your dates! (dont deny it!)
Sarah, your mum... I am sure she will be absolutely delighted: with watching this entertaining video, as well as with getting her 'surprise' present!!! And, it is going to be her FAVOURITE cup, for sure. 🥰
The desserts that were made to look like rock gardens! Those were the best! Prettiest snacks I've ever seen in your videos!
The food as usual looked amazing. You guys are so lucky to experience all the different regions of Japan and try all the delicacies. Good job ladies.
Welcome back ladies!, I love the waterfalls especially when the autumn leaves land on the water, also I love tiramisu! I’m going to have to try the matcha flavoured one when I get a chance!
another great video from the tokyo creative team. as a disabled person who can't travel i really love videos like these.
My mom's side is from Hitachi/Mito, thanks for showing the best prefecture!
We will always.support this channel. They're one of the best.
"It's pottery time, baby.." 😂 Sarahdactyl, the most tranquil sounding of the prehistoric reptiles. You guys make all the food look so delicious, I'm so jealous. I want that hitsumabushi but I prefer eel anyway. Great video.
Honestly hard to pick a favourite with this one! It all looks so fun... And I now finally want to try shabu shabu, specifically with that Sesame sauce 🤤
The dream team! Such fun vibes as always with you two

Thank you!!
carrot dressing?? that sounds awesome! Yes ¥3000 is kinda pricey but for a special meal like that would be totally worth it
TY Emma and Sarah for the great vibes ☺☺☺
I loved the waterfall, it would definitely be worth it to visit at night. The tiramisu looked divine ❤
Love ibaraki was my first place to stay in my 1st trip to Japan 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
And through the magic of TV, the glazed pottery looked nothing like the ones off the pottery wheel 🤔
Pottery making skills level up! Kotatsu looked nice!
I'll have to retry shabu shabu 😅 I think i did it wrong 🤣🤣 Much love from Arizona 💜💜
I love wheel throwing. Did it for years. So much fun. Still selling mine from years ago. :)
I've been to Mito and I loved the garden! Sadly I got there too late and the café had already closed. But I also got to see the other historic buildings tied to the Tokugawa clan (like the school) and I couldn't believe how tranquil the atmosphere was. Hardly anyone around those beautiful historic sites.
My favorite duo! Great video!

Thank youuuu!
I agree about the kotatsu. It's still one of the things I miss about living in Japan when I was kid. And since Iived in Cali since, I don't really NEED one here. But I still miss it. That and the neighborhood oden bicycle guy.
Besides eating, the pottery making looked like a ton of fun!! Love the dynamic between you both,it is so cute! #SaraandEmmaareKawaii
5:52 I saw the bowl of the spoon sticking out of the broth before the handle & thought “why do they have a speaker driver in there?” Then I caught up to what I was seeing. 😄 Fun video & I’m glad you both hade a good time.
I want that tiramisu! What a delightful location. Thanks guys
The tiramisus were so cool! I'd feel so conflicted eating it and destroying the art, but I'm sure it tastes so good.
Awesome! I’ve only visited on a day trip to see and experience Kairakuen as a lover of Japanese gardens.
Doesn't Emma's pottery has a opening that's smaller than the body? The completed pottery in the photo looks nothing like what you made. LOL The tiramisu looks really good though so if I ever decide to visit Ibaraki, I'll definitely visit that cafe.
I wish i could releax with a good meal and view right now, but i will in my holiday in japan!
3:26 Tips from Japanese: Totally no problem, but it is a manner to wear a yukata/kimono with the right side of the collar inward; so Sarah's way is appropriate. Emma's way is perceived to be a way for a dead body...
Never been to Ibaraki, thank you so much for sharing and entertaining us! 初めて知りました!😊
Very beautiful place to be! Wish I could go back!
So funny, I was not expecting the segway to throwing. I'm currently trimming some ramen bowls for a freind. On the same wheels, well, my two shimpo Whisper RK3E, I'm not sure those were whispers, they seemed a touch noisy, and mine are super super quiet. And, as usual, TC delivers a fun and respectful travelog video. Nice to see more craft. I would love to know more about the lacquer ware.
I love everything about Japan but could never survive sitting on the floor. So grateful to share your experiences. ❤
Love watching you two do adventures!
Kotatsu are really popular in Iran. My wife's grandmother's house has one for the winter time.
The best part was you gals enjoying yourselves. More of that please and thank you.
Still only a couple minutes into watching and I have the same reaction as Sarah whenever I'm in a room with a Kotatsu. I have also favourited this video, you had me at Ume Orchard.

The only acceptable reaction when seeing a kotatsu!
You should try playing Righteous Brothers music while making pottery, as it helps a lot.
I love you guys together! Always a joy to watch. ❤❤❤
I've always wanted to try to make pottery. It looks so simple but since almost all videos I've seen of it has needed the professional to step in and help out to a (very) varying degree, it's obviously a lot harder than it looks 😀

It is quite difficult to get good at. You need a lot more strength to resist the amount of force the spinning clay puts onto your hands and you need to make slow but deliberate movements to change the shape whilst keeping the centre of gravity in the middle of the wheel.
Enjoyed this video. One minor question for Emma; are you wearing your yukata correctly?
Shout out to the Carhartt beanie
yes new video
I want Emma’s usagi jumper!!
Loved this video and the pottery aspect!
That looks like such a peaceful trip, I especially loved the view from the teahouse.

I was today years old when i learned the Japanese translation for “ahh bollocks!”😂
good!
😊
I think one of you might be wearing a yukata the wrong way around.
Those waterfalls look spectacular, but don't go chasing them.

Sarah's yukata is put on incorrectly for a woman. Left over right is for a woman's funeral. Emma's is correct.
