Just started doing home decor crafting,I'm disabled from a car accident &now on a tight budget so I APPRECIATE all of the inexpensive decor ideas. And so does my husband!! Thanks for soo many ideas!!!

I have to say that the floor mat wall art and the hoola hoop chandelier are really cool.

I've watched a lot of DIY dollar store vids, but this one has the best looking ideas!

Great ideas!!!

Here's a quick and easy tip. Take a regular toilet plunger. Paint it your preferred color. Glue rocks or choose colored glass to match your decor. Use it for a toilet paper holder. Just slide the paper on and sit it in a place of your choosing. I have mine beside/behind toilet.

Omg how easy and pretty ty

To make my wedding centerpieces, I bought a bunch of LED tealights, clear crystal gemstones, violet flowers and small clear circular bowls. Put the gemstones on the bottom of the bowls, hot glue gunned two violet flowers together and put them in the bowls, and then placed the LED tea light in the middle. It was simple, yet stunning! And all thanks to dollar tree!

The (painted) elephant bookends and the (painted) floor mat were two of my favorite DIYs. Also, the pantry organizers are a great idea, but I'm not convinced they are moisture proof. Overall, many creative DIYs.

NUBIAN Joi' I've used many of the Dollar Tree plastic canisters and they are absolutely moisture-proof. I especially love the square ones because they don't waste space. (Love the look of round but simply not as practical). Before I got my label maker I would cut labels off the product I was storing and glue to colored cardstock then attach to canister or jar with clear packing tape. I also loved the painted floor mat and decided to make one for my patio area. Great for outdoors and gives the wall some cool decor.

I've tried to drop cloth curtains about 15 years ago and didn't like the look plus they are allot heavier than store bought curtains. It's cheaper if you buy fabric, hem them and hang them with the clip on rings. If you don't sew, you can use fabric glue or iron on glue. Plus you can purchase a pattern to match your decor.

Have had some great buys from the Dollar Store, the one not far from Patrick Beach on A1A. I once got a lovely fruit bowl but by the time I got it home out of the suit case it was broken :(

I thought that it had some great ideas. For those who say the things are tacky etc it's cheap stuff come on and not everyone can afford other stuff. Cut them some slack and if there not to your taste then don't watch dollar store ideas stuff and leave it for those of us that enjoy it.
