Keep these videos coming Bjarne, I've got another six to eight weeks before I'm back in the woods, I had an incident yesterday on site and broke my neck in two spots, was the scariest accident I've had, but I'm still here. Thanks for the videos, very appreciated.

Bjarne, I never had good luck with Stihl chain either, I ran Oregon chain most of the time, I like their bars but were heavier then Oregon. Stay safe.

You have to be as agile as a mountain goat to work on these slopes, and still be 'sure footed'. It's a long slippery slope on most of your quarters.

Didn't get a closeup, was that the Hexa chain, it is a awesome chain here in AZ for cutting up Mesquite, brought my 066 south for the winter, had these 12" logs here for 2 years, hauling blocks to Washington and BC for wood turning guys to make bowels, it's about as hard as it gets, my Stihl hasn't encountered a challenge it can't cut, but I used the anti and bought this chain, as in my F&G days, a hemlock stand got a different grind than our cedar blocks, we were well schooled and supplied on and with Oregon chain, good old days.

Does all that moss and lichen on a tree indicate poor health, or merely a reflection of local weather conditions?
