Depression is unexpected anger?? No.. depression is when you have no drive. You know what you are supposed to do but you just have no energy or desire to do it.. dont want to talk to anyone... and just because you go to work and function through it doesn't mean it doesn't exist... if you don't know what depression and anxiety is then consider yourself lucky.. and last.. most people don't need the meds they are on.. depression is a natural human emotion that will eventually end.. you just have to try and fight the desire of not doing anything and go to a gym or take a class or do something that helps build self esteem
