Your slicks were air’d up too much lol they should have been 8-10 psi. Even with the bad prep 2nd gear would have hooked better and maybe clicked off a 1.8 60ft

I can’t say how much I’ve enjoyed Evan’s videos over the years, more than what can be said. One of my favorite videos is when you and your dad both struggled to take off the twin turbos on the SC300. Still miss the Subaru too🥲. Love you Evan, changed my life.

When I had my d16's; a spare trans, axles and a clutch disc were all packed in tote with tools when I would go. You gotta slip the clutch on them torqueless_wonders to launch em good.

I just rolled my hatch that has a f20b with a fully built head and a Hondata s300 black top ecu a lot of other stuff but I cracked the trans case when I rolled not to mention broke my ribs and punctured my lung but I almost have the engine ready to pull out 😂

Tire pressure was way to high you need to be around 7.5 to 9 psi but otherwise sick runs man would love to build my Del Sol and come out to play also a D series (D16Z6 here)

tires should be at like 8-10PSI you would hook alot better but might break an axle

I have a 96’ EK Hatch, and I do about 400whp. My wildest gear is third gear. Best thing you can do is “let it rip” in third. Parts will last longer and it grips up better 😅
