Appreciate the comment and as a newby scooter reviewer I am learing. Ebikes are more natural for me.

I wish this was still available but looks like Minimotors doesn't even sell it any longer. Looks like Dualtron just incorporated a lot of the design into their Victory Luxury model and upped the price.

They had replenished stock a little while ago and raised the price too 1299. Must have run out again. Yooou are correct thet the Victory Lux is the same...Just moore expensive.

I've watched your video like 8 times already. I ordered a black one on the 25th and it still hasn't shipped because of the flood of orders they received over the Xmas New Year holidays. 12 days and counting. It's Friday the 5th and hoping it ships today. I suppose it doesn't really matter though because I'm in St Paul Minnesota so it's a bit cold to be ripping around on a scoot scoot. I'm still very excited. Its my first scooter. I've been into electric longboards which is a blast. I was going to order the off road Meepo Ninja but by accident I found the Rovoron Kullter on sale and pulled the trigger immediately. I just happened to be watching KZread scooter videos and just happen to see the 999.00 price. I didn't believe it at first being the retail price was something like 2700.00. Thats wild! Anyway I'm very excited and happy to find such a solid scooter for a fantastic price. Have a awesome day and be safe out there my friend.

Thanks my friend. Yeah, I don't want to hound them. From what I understand is they didn't return back to work until the 2nd of January so hopefully it'll ship by Monday the 8th. Thank you for the review one of the best yet. I bought this recently and have not received yet but am a little upset I am not going to get the rgb"s on the side of the board and the nice looking control switch and deck. Its definitely not a deal breaker as you cannot find a similar spec scooter for the price but should be something that minimotors should fix in the description because it is misleading. Your review is the reason I noticed. Thank you awesome job my friend.

Yea a few things different, but the large battery and most important features are there. The Rovoron Kullter splash light on the ground is awesome. Look at my comments to find how to use the remote to change the stem colors and sequences. Great scoot for sure.

Mine finally came in. How did you get the lights on the side to turn on. Mine won't come on and I don't see a button for them either.

The remote to change the lighting color only woks in one spot. It on the left lower stem by where the folding stem attaches to the board. Left side if you were riding it. very small spot and need to be close to it.

This is the Kullter Standard. Everyone mislabels it including the Minimotors site but you can see the difference on the Rovoron website. The Luxury also has a silicone deck and deck lighting similar to the stem. Regardless the 999 price is fabulous for this with the specs and I've also ordered a white one because it looks fantastic. Super excited to get it! Since this is Minimotors components I've also ordered a key switch/voltmeter and a thumb throttle to swap in. Thanks for the video because as you said information on this model is thin.

Jeff I have to agree with you 100%. Everything I could find said standard upto the sander tape deck. The few differences would not make a big difference anyway to me. 1K is really the best deal on a scooter of this caliber. Thanks for letting me know what you know as well. Agree minimotors should correct the info as the box as well does not say Lux. Peace and Merry Christmas. Let me know when you post about it if you do. ;-)

I'll let you know when I post up on the mods I'm planning including a steering damper. Also Minimotors carries a fingerprint scanner that can be added to your existing throttle if you are looking for more security on your ride. Merry Christmas to you as well and enjoy the new scoot. I can't wait for mine to arrive!

I think it's the older design of the Roveron Kulter Luxury, and it's probably being sold so cheap since they have a new design that you mentioned. The look is identical to the regular Kulter but has the specs listed for the Luxury version like the 30A battery, Zoom hydraulic brakes, and other features. The manual and the current Rovoron website lists the standard with only 23.4Ah battery and disc brakes.

Old version makes just as much sense. It sure is nice and I don't feel misled or taken at all. I think it is the best sub 1K scoot for sure.

Hello Bruce, I am your age, size and weight and for the last year or two I’ve been contemplating buying a scooter. As you and others have mentioned, the scooter is much faster and requires more skill to ride. If driven with care, do you feel they’re safe enough for older adults. Thanks Mike

HI Mike and thats a great question. I think if you are very careful and stay within your abilities its safe. My biggest fear if falling period. That fear has not stopped me from riding, but falling is always in the forfront of my mind...More than e-bikes, and I don't want too fall on those at speed either. I ride scooters typically slower than the e-bike over the same distance a little slower just because i don't want to fall. I love the power of the scooters over the e-bikes too. If you are looking at the Roveron and my code does not work when you buy it. call Minimotors and ask for John or Cooper and they will apply a code for you to get a discount. Just tell them my channel helped you decide on it.

I don't think so. Being an older person I was a little nervous with all the power. E-bikes don't have this kind of speed or quick ability to go. Like a leopard vs a dog. I am suure I road it turbo as well but never is p3. also never went into the settings to make it even faster...Yet.

Really great review. I ordered this a couple of days ago and the price is pretty unbelievable to say the least. Ive heard people claiming it's the standard model but I've been assured by many people it's definitely the luxury model. From what I've been told is the European luxury model vs the US luxury model are slightly different. Same battery and motors but aesthetics are slightly different. Just curious what you might know. I've emailed them but haven't heard back yet. What have you heard? I guess all you have to do is open the top deck plate and look at the battery. If its LG cells then its the luxury model. How many days did it take to get to your house? Have a great day and happy riding.

WHen I talked to Cooper and John at Minimotors they said Luxutry edition. It does look like standard, but I would bet older Lux edition. It did take a long time to charge and they did say it had the 31.5 amp batt...that makes it the Lux version. But the sanded deck and some controlles look like the standard version.

Front and back shocks look cheap af, like the ones found on a kugoo M4, would switch them out for better ones like on the higher end scooters 👍🏻

Look closer they are not the same. These are very nice and soft. Im sure they are not the same. look at the ddesign not the color. Personally I love the look. This scoot was 2700, not 500 like the M4. The shock definitely better. ;-)

Not sure what youu said but google translate worked I think. It is Luxury...Non-Luxury USA is 24 amp. this is 31.5 amp andd is different than the EU model. It is USA Lux edition.
