I wish more of these were available for free. I remember when headspace used to have a few sleep stories but now really only has the antique shop

Yeah I remember there used to be a channel on here with ALL the sleepcasts 4 free but sadly it got deleted im gonna assume. One of my fav sleepcasts was on there too.🙁

SUND is putting out a TOP 100 list of favorite sleep sounds...Headspace and Calm along with several podcasts, musicians, ASMRtists have FREE sleep sounds that make the list

@@ninarodrigo517 If it's one of the same ones I watched, I think they put them to unlisted cause they're not on the channel but I still have them on my playlists
I would LOVE if y’all had more free content on the actual app instead of KZread. I don’t have YT red and can’t afford headspace, which means my phone screen is on all night after playing this video, which I don’t prefer but is an unfortunate necessity with my racing and upsetting evening thoughts (which these Sleepcasts do an exceptional job of vanquishing!!)

If you have an iPhone. You can set a timer in the clock app, and under “what happens when timer ends” scroll ALL the way to the bottom and it’ll say “stop playing”. After the timer ends it will shut your phone off and stop playing whatever is playing.

I know this comment is old, but KZread also has a feature where you can stop the auto play by switching the little switch in the top right that looks like the play button and will turn into a pause when clicked
can't get over how much litter this carnival left behind smh my head 😤
I found that if you browse a tape recorder from the library and download headspace set up the free 3 days and then recorder your favorites onto mp3s you can play them on your iPad or cd player or speaker. With out having to paying a fortune. Or damaged your phone battery
I was just scrolling through some sleepcasts then i saw this it honestly lit up my night, I'm sure it did to others to. Thanks so much😁✌️❤️
