    @@Larsse1 do you even know armwrestling, in pronation you pronate your arm/hand, which he didn't do and it's called backpressure what he is doing, but that's not pretty good form, so he should try and minimize the weight.

    This is very impressive compared to other heavier lifts where their forearms were around 45 degrees from the horizontal. 😂 Krasi’s forearm remained parallel to the ground the whole time. Strong AF.

    @@prateek4839 Pronation and posting will always go together in armwrestling. If you isolate pronation, you aren't armwrestling correctly. It's nearly impossible to simply rotate someone's hand open who's at your level without priming them with posting pressure into the fingers.

    I expected it to be more for someone of your caliber. Maybe if you can increase this lift to 60-70kg you can keep up with the top 10 guys of today and become a champion once again. I've seen many guys lifting at least 50kg lately! Cheers!
