{442} 3000VA Solar Inverter Circuit Explained - Part 2 Power Rail / Voltage Booster & Output Switch

Ғылым және технология

in this video i explained 3000VA Solar Inverter Circuit Explained - Part 2 Power Rail / Voltage Booster & Output Switch. in this part 2 i explained block diagram of the dc inverter circuit and its configuration, how the solar inverter works
Part 1 of this video • [439] 3000VA Solar Inv...
it takes 12 vdc from battery or solar panel and boosts up these 12 volts into 330-400 VDC. these high voltage are then switched from full bridge or half bridge to make sine wave or rectangular wave of 50 hz or 60hz 220vac

Fascinating. Have five inverters, each behaving differently. This helps me investigate what went wrong. Very timely 3-part series....can't wait to learn more. if this unit you are showing us fails easily is there something we can do to improve them, or just best to avoid them ? Looking for better power management.

  • @HaseebElectronics

wow that is really great achievement mosfets burn out due to many reasons 1. push pull switching topology (i will explain in upcoming video) 2. material failure 3. hard switching 4 allocating low dead-time for both channels

  • @HaseebElectronics

you have to study the design. in some pure sine wave inverters this current is normal. if you will add some inductor, these inductors will become another load at loaded output. so it will cause to drop output and will lower the effieciency of the converter

@@HaseebElectronics AOA sir I glad you replied my comment. I have question it will be very kind if you answer me. The question is that electronics is my hobby and I am designing circuit board since my childhood and now I am professional in this field,my age is 17 and I just passed my intermediate exams (ICS) I always wanted to get admission in electronics field or in electrical engineering but sadly ☹️ universities are not giving me admission in these field, they are saying we need a student who had studied chemistry in inter but you had computer in your inter so you can’t take admission in electrical engineering But they are offering me CS(computer Science 4 years 8 semester BS),so as you are such a brilliant engineering and my hero in my hobby field (electronics),so would you recommend me to go for computer Science or not? My subjects in inter was computer maths physics and I am expecting 90% marks in inter exams ... Mathematics physics and electronics is my love and I also like computer. What do you think will I become a successful person in future if I go for CS?

@@saminaanjum9429 Good to know that you have a deep interest in electronics in intermediate you selected computer science so now you have to continue in same field. or if you want EE then you have to proceed to Intermediate pre-engineering.in this case you will spend 2 more years then in engineering. it is best if you find CS chance, CS have also a bright carrier in future. i will suggest to continue in computer science wish you best of luck and huge success in every field of your life
