it doesn't even matter how many times this is looped because you have to loop the audio so the brain can instill the affirmation. but i finally trust your channel because under the wind sound, i literally can hear the affirmation, which is pretty important. i would have done the same thing -> brown noise, lower volume of tts mp3. keep up the great work!
