playing this game every day after school helped me through a very weird time in my life. i didn’t realize it at the time, but reflecting on that period of my life 10 years later i can see it now. music does something to us that’s quite unexplainable. thank you for this.

Feel that. I'm far from my bf because I study right now in an other town. I know it will ends quickly, I go back to our nest in lest than 4 monthes. And we'll see us during a weekend or my holidays week, if I have enough time. But it's already painful despite I didn't see him since 3 days. These musics remember me the good times past with him on this amazing game, and that's help me to feel better even it sounds nostalgic too. Sorry to talk about my life like this. This comment remember me the fact that these musics aren't forgetable and even give something more and good remembrance.

From Siberia. When u stand on frozen lake near the forest surrounded by pure white snow and play this music... ah damn, it so amazing! It's definitely the soul of not only Skyrim, but all cold lands.

I'm from a state in the United States that's on the border of Canada, so it gets extremely cold in the winter as well. My state and its people have a lot in common with Russia, especially the climate. I agree that this music captures the soul of winter, which is slow and brutal, but astoundingly beautiful. Going on walks in winter is one of my favorite parts of life.

as an rpg fan and not just skyrim fan gotta say none of those you mentioned come even close ! modded skyrim falls alongside wither 3 best rpgs of all time then comes games like dragon age origins and then divinity original sin . rdr2 is a just a nice simulator ,once you are done with it you are done forever ! I actually much much preferred the classic gta(vice city and SA) to rdr2 even with those bad graphics xd being memorable is probably the most important part of a game which is forgotten these days ,anyways sorry for long rant xd

Skyrim composition is already brilliant. A frequency change is a brilliant move. My wife suffers from MS and anything that can help with her insomnia is a blessing. In a world as mysterious as ours it's good to know we have constants like these.

Some nights Skyrim's music helps me sleep

The first song, Far Horizons is one of my favorites. Played Skyrim year's ago. Had some mods installed like frostfall to make it more immersiv. I played 400+ hours with one of my first characters and i often had to rest and build a camp during a blizzard in the mountains in order not to freeze to death. Sitting there in my fur armor in a small fur tent to get warm again this piece of music started playing and just kept watching this peaceful moment... and when i slept a few ours and the blizzard was over I looked at the Aurora in the sky while this song was still playing. such peaceful memories

With this music, I feel that I can visit places I have never been to and enjoy those moments that are worth it.

Man, how time goes it brings tears to my eyes.

the breathtaking wilderness of skyrim paired with the nostalgic soundtrack that accompanies it is still my happy place even 12 years after the first time i played it. i think skyrim feels like a second home to me. i could be anything i wanted to be in a world with boundless freedom to explore to my hearts content. games just don't hit like they used to anymore haha

Running around in nothing but potato sack prisoner pants, amulet of Talos, trying to convince people that I, a dark elf, could become the new emperor because I can vore the metaphysical and material properties of time-defiant lizards and Akatosh’s goth phase son. They deny me, and I shout them all into ashes. Sometimes I go up to the mountain to explain to the Greybeards how I want to make shouts with my mortal mind, and they kick me out. I meditate on this music. One day, I will be emperor. I just need to steal more skooma from the homeless.

Not only skyrim but the whole Elder Scrolls series and its music changed and saved my life multiple times, im bipolar and this music always makes me feel safe and secure, i cant sleep or live without, i tried to end my life multiple times but im calm when i hear Elder Scrolls music and i hope it will brighten the days and lives of everyone listening!!

I'm so thankful to have lived in the time of Skyrim. Our generation is the only one to be blessed with the full experience of this game, before we were spoiled by today's graphics. Sometimes I feel bad about all the time I spent playing video games but never this one. It was time well spent. Soon my partner and I will play it together, I'm so excited, she has no idea the magical world that awaits her.

skyrim isn't even limited by graphics if you use mods, though. mod it up and it's easily still better from a gameplay and lore standpoint than any of the games that have come out in the last several years, in my opinion.

Even though this game is old AF it's still beautiful and a special place in my heart.

The first track of this video is by far my favourite track of the game, every time I'd hear it, usually in the mountains, I'd just stop and enjoy the view for a few minutes, nice to hear this version of it too, it does sound absolutely incredible.

When I was 7 I was dropped off at my grandmas house every day because my parents both worked. My grandparents would go to work too so it would just be me, and my uncle. My uncle played Skyrim religiously, I would always just sit behind him watching him play Skyrim. There is something so beautiful about the soundtrack that immediately resurfaces all those happy memories from my past. Something about it just gives me goosebumps. Covid was a dark time for me and I thought about committing suicide, I am in a much happier place now and my past memories really helped me through it. It has been a while since I was seriously depressed. Still a little lost but I am much better now. This music truely makes me see the beauty in life.

The game is so old when it came out I was 10 and I still play it to this day and even the graphics don't bother me at all I just love it I just hope they release a new Elder Scrolls after Starfield

Sometimes I open this video on the desktop, justo to sit on my chair and listen to it, alone in the darkness. Memories from times and events that werent actually real, meanwhile regreting the choices from the present. Fighting against depression must be a day-to-day basis people, even with all odds on our side. I was meditating for a few days with this and now I have mastered the fus ro da.

I had never traveled in my life in 2012 when i played this game. Then, the first time i went to Italy and it's beautiful mountain ranges, i thought that something was missing. I turned on the Skyrim soundtrack and it enhanced the experience ten fold. Anyone reading this, try it out.

Yes we all have experienced it and we know it was more than game. it was a good book, a good story or an good adventure you cant forget.

It feels like you play early Game Of Thrones (S1-S4) combined with the first lord of the rings. But with an own Oirginal Vibe of course. That's Skyrim for me, which is heavily carried from the Music, when we are talking about the whole Atmosphere. Beautiful.

Wondering the forests and listening to this when all the sudden it stops and a sprigen, troll, wolf, dragon, sabertooth, bear, bandits, vampires, dawnguard, thieves, assassins, and all sorts of shyt that ya might run into and kills the music to kill you. Me: Vampire lord form, more blood, more power, they all dead.and the music starts all over again :)
