432 Hz Music to Calm Down Breathing || Slow Breathing Exercise 5bpm to 2bpm || Meditation Music

This particular music/track is especially designed to help you calm down breathing and thus bringing the stress down. We start with around 5 full cycles of breathing per minute and bring it down to 2 full cycles per minute. By Full Cycle we mean
Inhale - Hold - Exhale.
So we start with around 4 secs of inhale, 4 secs of hold and 4 secs of exhale cycle and bring it gradually down to 10 secs of each - inhale, hold and exhale. When you practice this exercise, as Yogi Bhajan said ".. you become the light and knowledge of the prana, and then you know the Universe, the Universe knows you.. "
You just follow the bells as you breathe. Each cycle consists of 3 bells. One main and 2 small, main bell indicates inhale, and other 2 indicate hold and exhale. Just align you breathing with the track and focus on your breathing and allow yourself to calm down.

    I love the deep rumble sound. Its causing me to vibrate. Lovely feeling. I have listened to many different meditation musics but this one is fantastic.

    This is such a wonderful tool to help people with breathing exercises. Personally it's difficult to maintain focus for extended amount of time doing breathing exercises so this allows me to focus much much better. And the music gives me sound frequencies that affect my brainwaves that further intensify my experience. Thank you whomever you are!

    You have to stop the worrying in oder for the meditate into work The frequencies will begin to relax your body, which will begin to feel like you are losing control Off your self but that’s only your mind playing tricks with you into being anxious, as really, what your mind he’s doing is making you aware of your surroundings just relax, theres nothing to worry about Take in the music and just chill Think of it as much as healing yourself Your be fine maybe sit up a bit to ;)

    Really nice. I will usually feel the music in 2nd or third chakra, but this time straight away I was feeling strong vibrations around the heart chakra. Thank you.

    It really works. I am very sick I have pb to breath the thoughs in my mind are broken which is linked to the title flow of the breath... I was hopeless yesterday it is like Bein trapped in a body which is no longer mine. I just want to sleep forever feeling no pain anymore. You give me Hope with this miracle sound. Thank you....

    अच्छा है पर टाइमिंग सही नही हो रहा । सांस छोड़ने के लिए जो बेल है वो कम है ।और लेने के लिए ज्यादा । जब कि ये कहा जाता है कि छोड़ने में ज्यादा समय लगना चाहिये। या कम से कम एक ही समय लगना चाहिए सांस लेने और छोड़ने में
