Hello: I have the Victor VC9805A+ multimeter. I am a radio amateur with the callsign EA7DAP and I bought that multimeter mainly because it can measure capacitors and inductors, which are commonly used in antennas. But it has a serious defect which is that even if it is turned off it continues to consume current from the battery, so that it runs out in less than a week even if it is turned off all that time. As a consequence, every time I stop using it I have to disconnect the battery. Looking for another alternative, I found your video about the ZOYI ZT-980L and I would like to ask you if the same thing happens to you, that it continues to consume battery after turning it off. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I checked mine. Current consumption with normal operation is about 1-2ma (with beeper on around 20ma) and absolutely 0 when off. Check your device with another multi meter to see how much current it draws... You might have some leakage somewhere...

And ,0,22. 0,33. Ohms??

You'll need a dedicated miliohm meter for sub 1 ohm measurements... Multimeters are not good at measuring low ohms.
