This is absolutely beautiful! And the intro when you are talking is perfect! Thank you! Shame and guilt are some of the most painful things a human can feel. Sometimes this fast pace world scares me because I feel a lot of good intentioned people are misunderstood and I feel the fast pace busy life makes it harder for people to make the best decisions. How can someone do self-care when they learned they were undeserving to think of themselves. I am learning self care a lot, but it took a lot of pain because I was afraid of failing for making a mistake or being judged. There is no Shame in making mistakes. If someone fels bad or guilty, it just means they care too much or have a really big heart and may have been so good natured, they fell into the trap of feeling responsible for negative energy. It's ok to make mistakes. It's ok to not know how you are feeling. Have compassion for yourself the way you were towards others when you felt bad for their storms ❤

I couldnt sleep & put this on at first it brought up so many intense emotions and alot of tears & but at around a half hour in i felt waves of calm & im ready to finally fall asleep. i really appreciate all of your videos ❤❤❤ i definitely needed this one today

I listened for 2 hours 28 minutes while chanting and while doing the dishes during that duration(most of it unless I took a break to go to the bathroom or sing something along with the chant), I chanted Guru Rinpoche. I have a nice sound system in a treated room that cost around 16k. when sitting in the center of speakers in 2 channel mode you can really feel the sound from the bowls envelope you, you can feel the sound moving. its a spiritual experience.
