This is more like 40k, and that's being generous. I do not like having a restroom next to the kitchen. I know it saves on plumbing cost. I would prefer a 10' container as a removed bathroom.

This is absolutely beautiful wow so simple to make a home!

It's good if you don't have kids and this is something you have as a second home in the forest with 50 acre plot for hunting then you're golden.

I want to build something very similar but double wide so I can have a king bed and room around it and i could fit a big fish pond on the roof. That's basically my dream setup. Out in a big field away from everyone.

Nt bad . I have a problem with the floor level hammock . Looks extremely hard to get into and would be nearly impossible to get out of !!

What shower, I missed it!? I would love it if there is a built-in seat, a built-in soap & shampoo, et. ledge, and a big shower with adjustable head & removable handheld thingy. I do not have that 'necessity', as my knees are failing me fast! And, a posterpedic firmer bed mattress too.

You can get a shipping container for $1500. If you have the ability to do all the work yoursrlf id say around 5 grand more.

​@@wits3392it would cost about $10k-15k to have someone buy everything for you and do it all. But that's if you don't connect electricity. Also you need to buy a wifi hotspot and put in by a window because your phone wont get signal unless next to the windows
