    This is the perfect processor for the small firewood producers like ourselves. It’s nice to have an open splitter like that so you can resplit right then and there.

    My favorite part of that processor is the ease of resplitting and access to the splitting area. Great compact size. I’ve had my eye on one of these for a year now.. glad somone besides a dealer is making content with one.

    Awesome video. So nice to see a different type and make of a processor!! I’m tired of seeing all the same Easton mades. I like that you have two different ones. Variety is the spice of wood. Lol keep up the great content and your work ethic. And the skill of a tree cutting guy. I know there’s a name for it but can’t think of it. Lol Keep them coming.

    Great video Jake!I have been looking at that model for x3 years now.I feel it is the best bang for the buck. With the 8way wedge it is perfect size wood for my customers needs .The thing that is real important & over looked with this unit is it is low to the ground. The average man can move/reposition the logs on the deck & if you need to re/split a piece in the splitting chamber .It is easy to load with a tractor or support machine .

    I was skeptical at first, but I can see for a one man operation like mine it is the best option for processor. Most are to big and pricey. Great job on the walk around. I am going to check the 14-24 out.

    Jake can you adjust the wedge to the width of the log for equal splits and no have to respite?

  • @DudeRanchDIY

    @DudeRanchDIY

    11 ай бұрын

    I certainly could if the logs were smaller. Being that these logs were at the top end of the machines capacity I have it dropped all the way down so the bottom pieces are sized correctly and I only have to resplit the top pieces.

    Why does the engine bog so bad when the saw runs? Is that something that can be adjusted? I wouldn't think that size motor would strain so hard running that saw.

  • @DudeRanchDIY

    @DudeRanchDIY

    I was told by AJ and Josh that it’s totally normal for it to bog down in larger diameter hardwoods like I was cutting here. A larger diesel motor is available for it which would help.
