Mega Fleets derate the bigger engines to 400 hp, when they could be doing 450 hp with DD15. Some are running a DD13 more now for fuel economy with 13 liter engines with 400 hp still.

Back in the early 80's I had a W9 with a 650 hp KT 450 & 13 spd. od in it. Wasn't much that could keep up with me. Damn thing drank the fuel. Of course, that might have been some of my fault as for some reason my right foot would always get stuck in the radiator. It happens.

400 horses, never saw a trailer that big. 600 hp and 2200 lb ft should have you in 18th after a while.

HP will only tell you how fast you will hit that brick wall .... Torque tells you how far you will push that brick wall when you hit it ... Stop this car BS ... put an 80kLb load on your Mustang.. lets see how far it gets .. HP aint shit without torque.
