You should also add whether setback was kept or not. Also i dunno how they got 4th floor permission. Interiors are all fine, cleaning such a big house needs a lot of effort and money

What is the cost of each cot?

Too much (for my taste). It's like the interior designer asked what the clients wanted and they said whatever is available in the market put everything. And hardly any natural light in the house. These days houses are not homes, they've become like hotels. Again each has their own taste. Some like it some don't.
