40% Quant & High Odds At HBS 2+2 - Find Out Why
In this episode of Fridays With Sandy, HBSGuru.com founder Sandy Kreisberg is pretty high on Nick's chances. It's his keen interest in the Middle East, his fluency in Arabic, and his extras that speak loudly. Among other things, he's a board member of a refugee resettlement group at Yale and he helps to facilitate the tutoring of more than 100 school kids annually.
He has traveled to Israel and Palestine on a joint Yale-West Point trip to meet with government officials to learn about the Israel-Palestine conflict. He's been a researcher on the Syrian Civil War at Yale's political science department and has also done research on Syrian and Egyptian immigrants. His post-MBA goal? To work at a development finance institute such as the World Bank or the International Monetary Fund.

I remember when he was admitted to Yale along with his brothers! Can't believe they're seniors now.
Seems like a very smart and likable individual!
He’s super competitive anywhere he applies. Once he sharpens up his interview he’s unstoppable!
This guy is sharp
Based on the percentiles quoted, I believe his current score is 162V/151Q. As compelling as his background is, I think he needs to prepare for the GRE and retake it to achieve a 160V/160Q+ (in a single siting) to be truly competitive for admission to his target programs.
He is obviously weak on quant, surprising they put him in structure d finance desk
