I'm with you about the sso quarter horse. I think the problem with the quarter horse is its lowered head. I wish they would update the horse and lift its head up to look more natural (just like the sso American paint horse). Everything about the sso AQH is perfect except for the dragging head. I guess it was designed to look like a western "reining horse." But in real life, no horse walks around with a permanently low head!

It's sad but one barn where I live has western pleasure horses that hold their head down all the time. They abuse them by keeping their heads tied up for hours on end and then when they untie the horse the neck is exhausted making the head and neck go low, they do this every day. An ex friend of mine rode there and was a part of that abuse, we are no longer friends.

Hey Sky! You should save up for a selle Francais cuz they are newer than Tennessee walkers. So that means they can wear the newest tack and every single type of tack unlike the Tennessee walkers who can wear specific tack.
